Prepkо, a real estate technology and property tokenization platform based in the UAE, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Georgia's Ministry of Justice. This step reflects a shared strategy to develop an advanced, secure, and legally compliant framework for property tokenization and to support the digital transformation of Georgia's real estate sector. The memorandum was signed in the presence of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Justice Minister Paata Salia, along with their official delegations. The event also saw the participation of Prepkо's Founder and CEO Amira Sjavani and the company's leadership team. The agreement aims to establish a strategic framework for cooperation to explore, develop, and implement innovative initiatives for property tokenization in Georgia.
